Dr. Nagaraj Reddy
Chairman & Managing Director – NR Group
Dr. Nagaraj Reddy is the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of NR Group, a diversified business conglomerate with interests spanning real estate, EPC construction, advanced manufacturing, façade engineering, luxury interiors, AI platforms, and intelligent automation systems.
A doctor-turned-entrepreneur with over three decades of leadership experience, Dr. Reddy completed his MBBS before pursuing an MBA and building successful ventures across technology, real estate, manufacturing, and enterprise systems. In the late 1990s, he founded NRIT Inc. in the United States, where he was involved in developing enterprise technology, healthcare analytics, and business intelligence platforms for global clients.
Under his leadership, NR Group has expanded into real estate development, construction engineering, façade systems, luxury furniture, industrial infrastructure, architecture, and AI-enabled enterprise platforms. He is also the visionary behind NRAI & Robotics, an initiative focused on AI-driven ERP systems, intelligent automation, robotics, and future-ready enterprise technologies.
Dr. Reddy strongly believes in ethics-driven entrepreneurship, long-term value creation, and nation-building through innovation, manufacturing, technology, and employment generation. His vision is to build globally respected Indian enterprises rooted in engineering excellence, intelligent systems, and human values.
Apart from business, he is actively involved in sports development, philanthropy, and youth empowerment initiatives through Bharat Sports Foundation and other nation-building platforms.
Nitin Reddy
CEO – Spaceki | Director – NR Group
Nitin Reddy is the CEO of Spaceki and a Director at NR Group, where he leads the Group’s manufacturing, façade engineering, EPC execution, operational systems, and strategic growth initiatives.
He graduated in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University, Boston, USA, and has worked with globally respected organizations including Warburg Pincus Private Equity and CBRE in the United States. His international exposure across finance, investments, analytics, and real estate advisory brings a strong institutional and execution-driven approach to the Group.
At NR Group, Nitin plays a key role in scaling operations across advanced façade systems, unitized glazing, premium doors and windows, aluminium profile systems, industrial manufacturing, and technology-enabled construction execution.
He is also actively involved in implementing intelligent ERP platforms, AI-enabled workflows, manufacturing analytics, and data-driven operational systems across the Group through NRAI & Robotics initiatives.
Nitin represents the next generation of leadership at NR Group with a strong focus on operational excellence, scale, institutional growth, manufacturing innovation, and technology integration.
Aishwarya Reddy
CEO – Khenshu
Aishwarya Reddy is the CEO of Khenshu, NR Group’s luxury furniture and lifestyle brand focused on creating globally inspired interiors rooted in Indian craftsmanship, heritage, and contemporary luxury.
She holds a degree in Industrial & Design Engineering from BIT and an International MBA from Hult International Business School, San Francisco. Her academic background combines engineering, design thinking, luxury branding, and global business strategy.
Under her leadership, Khenshu has evolved into a premium luxury brand blending handcrafted artistry, heritage aesthetics, and modern sophistication. The brand collaborates with artisans, architects, designers, and curated manufacturing partners to create bespoke furniture, luxury interiors, and experiential lifestyle spaces.
Aishwarya is passionate about preserving Indian craftsmanship while building globally relevant luxury experiences. She actively leads design direction, customer experience, luxury positioning, and future growth initiatives for the brand.
Her long-term vision is to position Khenshu as a globally recognized Indian luxury lifestyle brand representing timeless elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, and contemporary design excellence.
